Fabric Challenge Picture and More Weather

So, this morning I woke up to snow...a couple inches.   By noon the sun was out and the snow was basically melted.   I was going to run errands early afternoon...looked out the window and...the mountain was gone   And so was the highway...

Remember, I should be able to see the mountains in the background.   Nope.   And this was what was falling...

(Sigh)...

On a more positive note, I finished outlining the rest of the fabric challenge quilt.   I did remove all the trees first.   They will be added later...after I finish the houses with doors, windows, chimneys, etc.  

When I first begin outlining, I always question if it will look nice but when I have finished outlining, I'm happy with the results.   First take a look at the back...

And this is what it really looks like...

I'm happy with it so far...
