I also realized that I was having a difficult time getting things done...when I brought in the empty garbage cans from the curb it was hard to breath.
Then my chef son came home early...the school closed down because of the air quality.
New York City and the surrounding areas have the worst air pollution in the world!!! And it's all because of the Canadian Fires.
Now I understand why I had to rest every thirty minutes or so...it's darn hard to breath with this air. They are even warning folks about going outside especially if they have any illnesses.
I know my son who lives in Park City, Utah has smoke problems from the fires in California where the sky is a weird color and breathing is hard. This is the first time that I remember this happening on the east coast.
So, if you live anywhere near where this is affecting your area, take it easy, stay safe and relax.
