The picture at the right is of things that are fairly old. I made these over forty-five years ago when the children were young.
Four boys (think the penguins on the round sleds) and one girl (think the kitty with the red hat).
The three trees and the four toys were on the coffee table and the kids would play with them while waiting for the school bus in the morning.
Can't believe that they still look as good as they do. Ah...what nice memories of Minnesota and the fun the kids had at Christmas.
So, I was going to make cranberry pudding yesterday but realized that I was missing one ingredients...molasses. And with the heavy rain, I didn't want to go out to the store. (I am going this morning as soon as the store opens.)
Instead, I made the two fudges...regular...
And cranberry fudge...
Not sure if this is the cranberry fudge that I like, but I decided to give this recipe a try.
Today...cranberry pudding and icebox fruitcake!
