There is something eating a few of the plants. Not sure what but I am going to put some aluminum foil around those plants to see if that will stop whatever is eating them.
I would like to put down some more of the landscape fabric but if it's too wet, that may wait until later.
I am getting to the end of planting seedlings. And at this point, I do not think I will plant any more seeds until later. Once the planting is done, then it will be working to keep pests off.
In the house, I want to take down the specific Easter Decorations like the egg/basket tree and a few other things...just leaving summer things out to brighten up the rooms.
I repotted all the house plants and they are doing well, so they are ready to go outside on the patio shelves.
I managed to make time to do some weaving on the loom I made using embroidery floss. I like the way it is turning out. I am using all six strands of the floss for weaving. You will notice that I began the weaving with four sticks to get things started. I do not plan on keeping the sticks in the weaving creation, only as a way to start the weaving.
I think if I make another loom like this, I will use six layers of cardboard on the long sides. Using only four allows for a bit of bending. Not a lot, just more than I would like.
So do you have any plans for the weekend? Ours will be a quiet one with family stopping by on Sunday. It looks like a cloudy weekend but rain is absent from the forecast. Might be a good time to take in a farmer's market or see if there's a spring event close by.
Be sure to take some time for yourself this weekend. Talk with you next week...
