Wow!  Schools are back in session and this morning we were all reminded about the unfortunate side-effect of schools in session - school shootings.  A school in Georgia now dealing with two dead and at least four injured.  We really do need to deal with our gun mentality!  Did you know that guns are now the leading killer of children?  Why can't we put into effect common sense guns laws?  We need to implement them now or we will see more school shootings.

I promised to show you my table runner.  Here it is from the finished top, to completely finished, showing the back fabric and a close up of the three rounds of straight line sewing on the edge (note the stitch that went awry) in a series of photos...

Finally, I have started a new project.  My plan is to make two strips with the blue squares as shown then add another strip of a grey blue on both sides of each strip and add a strip of multi-fabrics down the center between the two strips.
