How was your weekend? I have to say that because of resting, I think I have finally recovered about 90% of movement. I was able to walk quite a bit today without falling down! And with only minor pain in my leg.
So, today I went to my favorite thrift store to look for a medium size frying pan. I had to finally dispose of my old one...everything stuck. I think I used it everyday when I was traveling around in Duchess. It was also my go to frying pan here.
I found a heavy duty frying pan with a heavy base for only $6...
There was a dutch oven that went with it. I now think that I probably should have picked it up also but I am happy that I have this.
My favorite thrift store is an AmVets Thrift Store located way out on Long Island about an hour from here. I usually pick up the Sunrise Highway as soon as I can. I noticed that very few trees have turned. Maybe there's hope for me to get in some color later on this week...although, it's supposed to rain. I'm hoping to travel north at the end of the week for a couple days.

Keeping Magazine Articles...
I have been going through my stack of magazines...they seem to accumulate all by themselves!...and pulling out articles, ideas and pictures. I think from about fifteen magazines I managed to save seven articles or pictures.
I have a stack of plastic page sleeves for a three ring binder and if I don't trim up the pages and put them in a plastic sleeve right away, they wind up getting lost.
I have three one inch binders that I keep my articles in. They are fun to look through, especially when I am in need of inspiration. I do dispose of some of the older articles that are no longer interesting but I have kept most of them. And some of these ideas/articles are thirty years old!
Do you keep idea and articles? Or do you depend only on the internet (i.e.Pinterest) for inspiration?
Well, that's all for today...football this evening...
Thanks for dropping by...
Talk to you tomorrow...
